Job summary

Qimu Facade Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive B2B sales for facade and curtain wall projects in Malaysia. You will identify opportunities with property developers, main contractors, architects and consultants while building strong relationships and a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, following tenders, coordinating with estimation, technical and project teams, and negotiating terms to secure project awards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B project sales / business development, preferably in facade, curtain wall, aluminium, glazing or building materials.
• Strong network among property developers, main contractors, architects and consultants.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for facade and curtain wall projects.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with property developers, main contractors, architects, consultants and project owners.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and property development industry.
• Identify upcoming construction and facade projects at an early stage.
• Introduce Qimu Facade's products and capabilities to potential clients and project stakeholders.
• Follow up on tenders, quotations, project enquiries and commercial negotiations.
• Work closely with the estimation, technical and project teams to prepare competitive proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming developments.
• Negotiate commercial terms and assist in securing project awards.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts to management.
