Job summary

AEG Power Solutions Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a qualified Engineering Sales Support professional to provide immediate technical support to the sales team and prepare detailed quotations. You will coordinate with Account/Sales Managers, participate in presentations, and ensure contract alignment and FAT execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 3–5 years in the field, knowledge of power electronics, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with commercial experience.
Good knowledge of power electronic products and solutions.
Good knowledge of assigned markets and customers.
Understanding of commercial/contract law.
Computer literacy.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Provide immediate technical support to the sales force.
Prepare sales quotations and calculations with Account/Sales Manager.
Support during sales preparation, presentations to customers and negotiations.
Review customer orders and contracts for discrepancies.
Check commercial and financial terms and conditions.
Responsible for the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
Set up the customer project with schedules and work packages for production readiness.
Maintain quotes administration and CRM updates.
Follow up milestones and contract follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental and Safety rules.
