Job summary

Standard Chartered seeks a seasoned Fiduciary Services Operations professional to support performance measurement, compliance monitoring and trustee services. You will engage with portfolio managers, produce returns, and ensure data accuracy while driving process improvements across markets.

The role involves supporting the migration of reporting from Statpro to FactSet, maintaining ESG watchlists and ensuring timely delivery of attribution and risk reports to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking or Finance.
• 3–5 years relevant business/financial experience in financial services/investment or asset management.
• Performance Measurement System experience (Statpro or FactSet).
• Experience with fund or security level performance measurement reports (e.g., attribution, risk).
• Understanding of GIPS and ESG reporting requirements.
• Certifications related to Performance Measurement preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Fiduciary Services Operations, including Performance Measurement, Compliance Monitoring and Trustee Operations.
• Engage with portfolio managers and stakeholders on performance, risk and attribution analysis.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly returns for portfolios and benchmarks.
• Communicate with other areas to improve performance reporting accuracy.
• Assist migration of Performance Measurement reporting from Statpro to FactSet and ensure timely completion.
• Reconcile data and outputs from FactSet and validate modules, widgets and templates.
• Oversee production and review of funds performance calculations and related reports.
