• Prior experience leading Corporate Actions operations teams and driving large-scale operational transformation initiatives is essential

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Corporate Actions and Asset Servicing operations with accurate, timely processing across markets.
• Drive operational excellence including service quality, client experience, efficiency and resilience.
• Establish and maintain a robust risk and control framework across the operating model.
