Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia is seeking an experienced professional to join the GBS Malaysia FMO Fiduciary & Fund Services team as the Head of Fund Services Operations. You will manage operations, ensure high-quality service, and drive process improvements in fund administration.

Ideal candidates have a degree in accounting/finance, 8–10 years in fund services, strong leadership and coaching skills, and experience with Multifonds accounting; the role offers a flexible work setup and

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Economics.
8–10 years of relevant experience in fund services.
Strong coaching and leadership skills.
Experience with project initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist Head – FMO Securities Services Fund Services to manage Fund Services operations.
Ensure delivery of high-quality services and meeting objectives and risk targets.
Lead and develop Fund Services team to achieve service standards and zero defects.
Oversee daily operations and monitor performance against objectives.
Drive governance, risk management and process improvements.
