Job summary

Standard Chartered Malaysia is seeking a seasoned leader for the FMO Fiduciary & Fund Services team. You will manage Fund Services operations, drive service quality, and collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth delivery for clients.

You will also coach staff, monitor performance against objectives, and contribute to process improvements while upholding risk controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Banking. Economics or equivalent is essential.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in fund administration and related areas.
• Strong communication, client servicing and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle fast-changing client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head – FMO Securities Services Fund Services to manage Fund Services operations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and meet group objectives.
• Lead and coach Fund Services staff to achieve service standards and zero defects for bank customers.
• Oversee daily operations and contribute to productivity targets and risk controls.
• Support system enhancements and cross-border continuity initiatives to improve client experience.
