Role Description

This full-time, on-site Fashion Advisor role is based in Putrajaya. The Fashion Advisor will engage customers on the sales floor, provide style guidance, and recommend products that align with individual preferences and current trends. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming customers, understanding their needs, presenting outfit combinations, and explaining product features and benefits. The role also involves maintaining store presentation, managing stock on the sales floor, processing sales transactions, and supporting promotional activities. The Fashion Advisor will work closely with the store team to deliver a high-quality customer experience and contribute to sales targets.
