Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience in failure analysis or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical interest are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and analyse technical failures from production rejects and field returns.
• Perform systematic root cause analysis using engineering methodologies.
• Conduct electrical testing and validation using diagnostic instruments.
• Generate clear and structured failure analysis reports with corrective actions.
• Drive yield improvement and reliability enhancement initiatives.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Process, and R&D teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support continuous improvement activities to prevent recurring failures.
• Monitor product performance trends and recommend engineering solutions
