Qualifications

• 1–3 years of factory, maintenance, or technical experience.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance knowledge.
• Able to troubleshoot problems independently.
• Mandarin-speaking ability required to liaise with suppliers.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day production operations to meet targets.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• General maintenance and repair including electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Coordinate with external contractors for repairs or servicing.
• Source and procure spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Communicate with suppliers (Mandarin-speaking preferred) to check availability and follow up on orders.
• Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and production materials.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety standards within the factory.
• Support management with ad-hoc operational or maintenance tasks.

Job description

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Technician / Foreman to support daily factory operations. This role involves overseeing production activities, maintaining machinery, and handling general maintenance work to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day production operations to ensure targets and quality standards are met

Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery and equipment

Handle preventive maintenance to minimize downtime

Carry out general maintenance and repair work, including basic electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and other handyman tasks

Coordinate with external contractors when required for repairs or servicing

Source and procure spare parts, tools, and consumables needed for factory operations

Communicate with suppliers (Mandarin-speaking preferred) to negotiate pricing, check availability, and follow up on orders

Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and production-related materials

Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety standards within the factory

Support management with any ad-hoc operational or maintenance tasks

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years experience in factory, maintenance, or technical roles

Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance work

Able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently

Mandarin-speaking ability required to liaise with suppliers

Responsible, hands-on, and willing to learn

Preferred

Experience working in food, supplement, or manufacturing environment
