Job summary

COLFORM SDN. BHD. in Penang, George Town, seeks 2 Factory Supervisors to lead daily production, supervise workers, and ensure safety and quality in building materials manufacturing.

You will monitor schedules, coordinate with warehouse, logistics and purchasing, train new staff, identify production issues, and implement improvements to boost productivity and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in construction management, manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years in building materials manufacturing or factory operations.
• Experience supervising production workers and managing daily factory activities.
• Knowledge of roofing and steel truss or related materials.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Knowledge of inventory control and material handling.
