Job summary

BFL ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Supervisor or Project Supervisor to join our growing team.

This full-time role drives successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients and stakeholders for planning, scheduling, manpower, updates and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and manpower with project team.
• Monitor daily operation, report progress, and solve problems.
• Supervise subcontractors to meet schedule and quality.
• Produce procurement schedules with Purchasing and QS.
• Ensure safety, health and environmental regulations compliance.
• Maintain QA/QC paperwork and site records.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job description

BFL ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Supervisor or Project Supervisor to join our growing team. This full-time role is crucial in driving the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Coordinate and liaising with project team e.g. Project managers, Engineers, Client and any stakeholders for project planning, project schedule, manpower planning, updates and address any concerns;

Monitor daily operation, reporting on progress and problem solving;

Monitoring subcon to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards;

Materials planning hardener, armour joint, formwork, isolation joint;

Providing guidance and support to the construction team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment;

Work closely with the Purchasing, Contract Department and Quantity Surveyors to ensure that projects are completed in a safe manner whilst company requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded;

Produce procurement schedules and liaise with the procurement department to ensure sites have adequate resources to complete the tasks;

Make sure material goods deliver in order with quantity and quality, require feedback to procurement department if any quality issue occur;

Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations;

To conduct proactive checks and ensure compliance and quality of work;

QA/QC inspection paperwork and maintaining accurate site records and documentation related to the construction project; including prepare Site Daily, RFWI inspection forms, progress reports and etc;

Ad-hoc work/task scope as and when required by your immediate superior/management.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field of working experience in the related field for this position;


• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in the construction industry;


• Proficiency in AutoCad, Microsoft Excel and Word;


• Willing to work at project sites and adapt to project timelines;


• Possess own transportation;


• Able to transport whole Malaysia;


• Personal working attitude: self-discipline and proactive;


• Able to work independent.
