Job summary

• Strictly implement 5S management standards and keep tool rooms, offices clean, with proper waste handling.
• Register and cooperate with on-site vendors or outsourced contractors and inspect repair results.
• Maintain records of maintenance work and ensure accurate documentation.
• Comply with factory safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Respond to emergency repair tasks at any time to keep factory facilities running smoothly.

Strictly implement 5S management standards during power operation and maintenance, keep tool rooms and office areas clean, and handle maintenance waste according to standards

Register, accompany, and cooperate with on-site vendors or outsourced contractors (e.g., AC and elevator maintenance), and inspect and accept their delivered repair results

Conduct regular preventive maintenance on facilities and record maintenance details accurately

Comply with factory safety regulations strictly during operation to ensure a safe working environment

Respond to emergency repair tasks at any time, including shift and off-duty periods, and ensure the stable operation of factory facilities
