Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Facility Technician in Facilities Engineering Maintenance to maintain air conditioning systems and related infrastructure. You will perform planned preventive maintenance, handle corrective work, and ensure PTS and IAQ testing are completed as required.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance/engineering, HVAC knowledge, and strong communication within a hospital environment. On-site position with safety compliance and collaboration with contractors.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experiences in Maintenance & Engineering and specialized in air conditioner system.
• Interpersonal skill & dedicated team player.
• Possess good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance as programmed.
• Perform corrective work as per finding and request.
• Submit completed job sheets for PM and corrective documentation to the superior.
• Ensure all air conditioning systems are in good operation at all times.
• Carry out IAQ test and air performance test as necessary.
• Hands-on with cross-work by other technicians, handyman, contractor.
• Quality control checks on preventive maintenance equipment and update files.
• Ensure PTS system working and coordinate with contractors for PM.
