KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Facility Technician in Facilities Engineering Maintenance to maintain air conditioning systems and related infrastructure. You will perform planned preventive maintenance, handle corrective work, and ensure PTS and IAQ testing are completed as required.
The role requires 3+ years in maintenance/engineering, HVAC knowledge, and strong communication within a hospital environment. On-site position with safety compliance and collaboration with contractors.
Monitor the performance of air conditioning system by carry out IAQ test, air performance test to ensure PTS system in good working order. Compile and submit completed job sheet / service sheet both planned preventive maintenance and corrective documentation to the superior.

4.To ensure all air conditioning system in the building are in a good operation at alltime.
5.To ensureIAQtest, air performance test been carried out as and when necessary.
6.To hands-on andmonitorcross work byothertechnician,handyman, contractorprior toairconditioning system.
7.Performs quality control checks on all preventive maintenance equipment andmakeall necessary procedure updates on the equipment files.
8.To ensure PTS (Pneumatic Tube System) system in good working order, follow upwith contractor to carry out PPM and to solve any contractor’s finding or faulty atsite.
9.OSH Act & Regulations 1994Responsible and accountable to carry out duties as employee stipulated in OSHAct & regulations 1994:
10.To perform anyothersduties as and when required by the management.
11.To cover shiftstaffsif necessary.
12.To actively involved in all hospital accreditation and activities, 5S, Patient SafetyGoal, IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001), MSQH (Malaysian Society forQuality inHealth),JCI (Joint Commissioning International).
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education :
Certificate / Diploma in related field i.e Mechanical / M&E.
Possess other engineering certificates related to facilities management.
