KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a dedicated Facility Engineer to manage operation, maintenance, and performance of hospital building services and infrastructure. You will ensure PPM compliance, supervise technical staff, and coordinate with contractors on upgrades and renovations.

The role requires a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil engineering with 3–5 years in hospital or healthcare engineering management, and knowledge of MSQH, regulatory standards, and CMMS systems.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or equivalent; 3–5 years hospital/healthcare engineering management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospital electrical, mechanical, and biomedical systems.
• Familiar with Sarawak utility regulations (EIU), MOH/MDA requirements, MSQH standards, and ISO 9001/14001/45001.

Aufgaben

• Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for hospital facilities (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire systems).
• Supervise Chargeman and Technicians in routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, PTW procedures, and infection control requirements.
• Assist in budget proposals, quotations, and technical justifications.
• Supervise contractors and monitor progress of renovation and infrastructure projects.
