Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish schedules and cross-train staff.
• Serve as point of contact between landlord, tenants, and service providers; ensure procedures and reporting formats are understood and followed.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and oversee work orders.
• Review data from reports; present performance and progress to management; suggest efficiency improvements.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfecting schedules for the building.
• Evaluate vendors through market research and cost-benefit analysis.
