• Experience liaising with local authorities (Fire Department) for fire safety compliance.
• Experience in energy management and regulatory compliance.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional projects or programs end-to-end.
• Develop charter and integrated project timeline.
• Ensure on-schedule delivery; resolve escalated issues.
• Manage vendors and contracts; seek new vendors and approvals.
• Produce and present routine reports to management and clients.
