Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager in Kuching, Sarawak to lead field service teams responsible for efficient and safe maintenance. You will oversee staffing, training, performance, and client communications as part of a broader facilities management function.

The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and compliance across multiple sites, with opportunities to influence contract scope and service delivery. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and measuring performance.
• Ability to convey complex information, set performance expectations, and handle problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to staff, oversee training and development, conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate daily activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and track deadlines.
• Manage technical training requirements including skill assessments and scenario exercises.
• Communicate with clients and facility occupants to ensure satisfaction and expand contracts.
• Ensure compliance with licensing/certification requirements and prepare audit documentation.
