Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced operations professional to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily service schedules across facilities management. You will lead site staff, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strong client relationships while managing budgets and resources.

The role requires 5–7 years in service operations with a focus on supervision, client handling, and adherence to EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in service operations, team supervision, or account management.
• Practical understanding of standard workplace health and safety protocols (EHS).
• Familiarity with site maintenance or exterior building upkeep is an advantage.
• Strong track record in supervising site staff, managing performance, conducting trainings, and handling team welfare.
• High proficiency in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily service schedules to ensure efficient workflow, timely delivery, and proper record-keeping.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service continuity.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders. Conduct regular review meetings, handle inquiries or feedback, and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
• Lead, train, and support operational staff. Oversee team scheduling, performance appraisals, on-the-job coaching, and logistics such as transportation or accommodation arrangements where applicable.
• Perform regular site inspections to verify work quality and rectify any service gaps. Enforce Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols to ensure a compliant and secure working environment.
• Support operational budget planning, track expenditure, and oversee site equipment, supplies, and materials to prevent shortages and optimize usage.
