Job summary

Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Facilities Officer to oversee daily operations across its offices in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure a safe, clean, well-maintained environment and manage building services to support productivity.

The role requires coordinating with vendors, handling maintenance requests, monitoring utilities and safety compliance, and maintaining records. You will work on-site and collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep facilities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in facilities management or office administration is preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to liaise effectively with vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of building systems and workplace safety.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work on-site across different locations when required.
• Experience in corporate offices or BPO environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations to ensure a safe, clean and well-maintained office environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment and common areas.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor and manage facilities-related requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in managing utilities, HVAC, lighting, plumbing and electrical maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, invoices and reports.
• Support office renovations, relocations and space planning when required.
• Monitor facilities expenses and assist with budgeting and cost control.
• Respond promptly to urgent facilities issues and coordinate corrective actions.
