Job summary

Sepadu Group seeks a Facilities Executive to oversee daily facility operations at our Petaling Jaya/Kuala Lumpur sites. You will blend soft services, technical maintenance, and user experience delivery to maintain a high-quality workplace.

Manage helpdesk, coordinate vendors, and support small capital improvements, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires 2–4 years in facility management with a degree in Facilities Management or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of facility management or building operations experience.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, life safety, and soft services standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility management operations including soft services, technical maintenance, and user experience delivery.
• Manage FM helpdesk: receive, assign, track, and report on work orders.
• Coordinate vendor activities and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Plan and execute moves, small office changes, and event setups.
