Job summary

Electrolux Group in Malaysia seeks a Facility Manager to oversee multi-site facilities including the PJ HQ, Parts Centres and branches. You will lead maintenance programs, ensure safety, regulatory compliance and smooth office operations while coordinating relocations and expansions.

The role requires strong OSH, vendor and budget management skills and a strategic, collaborative approach. Based in Petaling Jaya with hybrid working arrangements, you will drive cost-efficient facilities management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in facilities, workplace or building management.
• Proven experience managing facilities/sites across Malaysia.
• Strong OSH, vendor, contractor, contract and budget management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Multi-site facilities management across PJ HQ, Parts Centres and branches in Malaysia.
• Establish and maintain facilities standards across all sites.
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for buildings and infrastructure.
• Oversee office administration and dispatch operations.
• Coordinate moves, renovations, expansions and new site openings.
• Ensure facilities compliance with Malaysian legislation and safety requirements.
• Vendor and contractor management with clear SLAs and performance monitoring.
• Budget and cost management for operating and capital expenditure.
