Job summary

Sepadu in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Facilities Coordinator (Maintenance) to oversee day-to-day facility operations and routine building maintenance. You will dispatch technicians, manage vendors, and ensure health and safety compliance to provide a safe, efficient work environment.

The role requires 2-4 years in facility maintenance, solid knowledge of building MEP systems, CMMS or ticketing tools, and strong leadership and communication skills. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years of facility maintenance experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel between sites; full driver’s license preferred.
