Job summary

Safran Landing Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Facility Coordinator to manage PTW processes and oversee contractor activities to meet schedules and safety standards.

You will ensure regulatory and HSE compliance, compile required documents, and collaborate with various teams to maintain smooth operation of building utilities. Strong problem-solving and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Facility Coordinator or similar role.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer literacy and experience working with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Permit to Work (PTW) and related supporting documents.
• Monitor and oversee internal (OPEX) and external contractors works to ensure completion as per schedule.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes and HSE standards.
• Compile documents as per requirement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure completion of works and smooth operation of building utilities.
• Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental; and Energy policies and activities like I-See I-Act, GPI, low carbon initiatives.
• Adhere to Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Flight Safety Management System and other policies.
• Perform other related duties as required.
