Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking an entry-level professional to assist the Facility department with task management, WOs, and communications across staff. The role supports Senior Technicians in monitoring PPM and ensuring schedules stay on track.

The position also involves monthly risk assessments for EHSMS, KPI monitoring for utilities and waste, and assisting with budget and documentation tasks. The role emphasizes compliance and collaboration with the broader team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with CGPA 3.0 or higher.
• Degree in Mechatronic Engineering with CGPA 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facility department with task management.
• Build and maintain communication between Facility and all staff; manage Work Order requests.
• Assist Senior Technicians in monitoring Planned Preventive Maintenance to keep schedule on track.
• Review monthly Risk & Opportunity and Risk assessments for EHSMS compliance.
• Monitor KPIs for Facility: Work Orders, utilities, waste, and paper usage.
• Monitor budget thresholds for Facility & Security departments.
• Document Facility & Security paperwork (PRs, POs, invoices).
• Provide weekly updates on PPM scheduling and energy saving tasks.
