Job summary

Lotuss Stores Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Johor is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities in our stores. You will build maintenance plans, coordinate with partners, and ensure all equipment is safe for store trading.

You will lead a team of technicians, manage CAPEX projects, prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports, and drive energy-saving initiatives while ensuring compliance with local authorities.

Qualifications

• Possess A0/A4/ BO Chargeman Certificate with at least 5 years’ experience in facilities management.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, property or building facilities maintenance.
• Good attitude & strong leadership skills.
• KPI & result oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills to manage all stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all maintenance & facilities related activities in stores.
• Accountable for building maintenance, infrastructure & ensure all equipment are in a safe condition for store trading.
• Coordinate with business partners to ensure preventive maintenance is done effectively.
• Liaise with local authority to renew all compliance certificates on time.
• Lead energy saving activities & implement best practices in stores.
• Prepare weekly & monthly KPI performance reports.
• Manage all CAPEX projects assigned to store.
• Ensure safe working environment for colleagues, customers & tenants.
