Unknown is seeking a Facilities Manager (Critical Facilities) based in Singapore to oversee and lead a team in facilities management for critical systems including HVAC and utilities within a large facility.
You will coordinate with external agencies, maintain quality service standards, and prepare tender documents and budgets. The role requires extensive leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach.

Oversee and lead a team in critical facilities management, establishing good working relationships with clients and maintaining quality service standards. Coordinate with external agencies on new initiatives and major repairs and maintenance works.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-6pm), Sat (8.30am-12.30pm)

Key responsibilities
Oversee and lead a team in facilities management
Manage and lead a team of Engineers, Technical Officer, Supevisors, Technicians in facility management and operation of assigned buildings
Establish good working relationships with clients and develop trust and confidence
Establish and maintain quality service standards
Coordinate and liaise with external agencies on new initiatives and major repairs and maintenance works
Prepare tender documents and specifications
Plan, coordinate and execute rectification works
Manage project costing and control
Plan training requirements for staff skills improvement
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for submission to client
Study, propose and implement feasible improvement works
Prepare and responsible for annual budget submission
Prepare and responsible for audit report
Prepare assessment report for contractors’ performance
Prepare and certify contractors’ payment
Provide feasible solution and coordinate with owners/ users, consultants, vendors/ contractors on engineering functional requirements and ensure the objectives are achieved
Conduct regular inspection of all systems to ensure maintenance programmes are implemented effectively
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognised university
At least 10 years of related working experience and minimum 5 years at managerial level
Proven experience in critical facility management in a large facility (i.e. healthcare facilities, data centers, airlines, high-tech manufacturing, financial services, power plants etc.)
Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
Service orientated mindset
Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences
Possess high level of initiative and integrity
Possess strong leadership, quality, good planning and organizing ability
