The candidate should have a Diploma/Bachelor in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 10+ years in facilities management with at least 5 in leadership, and strong M&E knowledge, with excellent

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of related working experience and minimum 5 years at managerial level.
• Proven experience in critical facility management in a large facility (healthcare facilities, data centers, etc.).
• Able to work independently with good interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team in facilities management (Eng, Tech Officers, Supervisors, Technicians).
• Establish relationships with clients and develop trust and confidence; maintain quality service standards.
• Coordinate with external agencies on new initiatives and major repairs/maintenance works.
• Prepare tender documents and specifications; plan rectification works and project costing.
• Coordinate training needs and prepare daily to monthly client reports; manage budget and payments.
