SD Guthrie Berhad (SD Guthrie) is seeking a Facilities Management leader to oversee building operations, maintenance programs and asset condition assessments. You will manage teams, vendors and projects to ensure safe, reliable and cost-effective facilities performance.

The role requires 5–8 years in FM, strong technical skills, and a track record of delivering maintenance and improvement programs across complex facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in facilities management, engineering maintenance, building operations or project management.
• Strong technical and commercial capability in building maintenance and asset lifecycle planning.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience leading teams and projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead facilities management activities across buildings and facilities.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of building systems, utilities and safety systems.
• Coordinate planned shutdowns and critical maintenance with operating units.
• Lead performance reviews of contractors and service providers.
• Define project objectives, scope, budget, schedule and risk with stakeholders.
