Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in facilities management, engineering maintenance, building operations, construction, building assessment and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management activities across buildings and facilities.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of building systems and utilities, coordinating planned shutdowns and repairs.
• Manage FMOs, contractors and service providers, ensuring performance reviews and compliant payments.
