Job summary

U Mobile Sdn Bhd is seeking a Projects & Facilities Manager to oversee daily FM operations across corporate offices, regional sales offices, and TOCs. You will lead technical teams, plan preventive maintenance, and manage office fit-outs to prevent downtime and ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in a technical field, 5–10 years in Facilities Management with some managerial experience, and strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC/VRV systems and business

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC/VRV, and building operations.
Experience in facilities management across multi-site portfolios.
Ability to plan preventive maintenance and manage vendor contracts.
Familiarity with safety, security, and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for critical systems (UPS, HVAC, Gensets).
Coordinate TOCs, regional teams, and vendors for repairs and upgrades.
Lead space planning, office renovations, and fit-out projects with stakeholders.
Oversee CAPEX/OPEX budgets, procurement processes, and inventory control.
Ensure smooth daily operations including soft services and logistics.
