Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager in Malaysia to lead a facilities team across a portfolio of buildings, overseeing operations, maintenance, and service delivery. The role includes coordinating repairs, managing budgets, and driving operational improvements.

You will identify opportunities for efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong client relationships while supporting account growth through proactive service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, 5–8 years in industrial facilities management.
• Valid driver’s license; Facility Management certifications are an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, development, and performance management.
• Ability to manage sensitive information and perform financial analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead a facilities team: supervision, training, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service delivery with technicians, vendors, and contractors; ensure compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations; provide updates on facility issues.
