Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is hiring a Facilities Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee a team coordinating with clients, vendors and contractors for work orders. The role focuses on facilities operations, repairs, and investment planning alongside property managers.

You will supervise daily activities, maintain schedules, and present performance of the team to management while ensuring safety and efficiency across the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Expert knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and schedules.
• Serve as point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance reports to management.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfection schedules.
• Evaluate vendors and compare costs/benefits.
• Track facility expenses and budgets.
• Resolve complex problems and guide the team to objectives.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Influence related teams to meet shared objectives.
