Job summary

Baiwei Minibowl Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to assist the Outlet Manager in daily outlet operations, supervise staff, organize work schedules, and ensure smooth service.

• Monitor stock levels, inventory, and wastage.

• Ensure staff comply with SOPs and operational procedures.
• Assist in staff training and guide new employees.
• Report daily operational issues and outlet performance to the Outlet Manager.
