Job summary

TMG VENTURES SDN BHD is seeking a hands-on outlet PIC to manage daily F&B operations and ensure smooth service throughout the day. You will supervise service staff, handle cashiering and POS tasks, manage customer payments and cash reconciliation, and maintain service quality and hygiene standards.

You will coordinate inventory, SOP compliance, safety procedures and liaise with suppliers and building management as required.

Qualifications

• Prior F&B supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Independently manage a small outlet and team.
• Comfortable with cashiering and basic cash reconciliation.
• Customer-focused and well-organised.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the PIC for the outlet during operating hours and oversee daily F&B operations.
• Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure smooth service throughout the day.
• Supervise service crew and assign duties according to operational requirements.
• Handle cashiering, POS transactions, customer payments and daily cash reconciliation.
• Manage customer service and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Ensure food and beverage preparation, service quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Coordinate stock receiving, replenishment and basic inventory control.
• Ensure staff comply with SOPs, security procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Conduct opening and closing checks and report significant operational issues to management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, building management and management where required.

About you

Responsible, organised and customer-focused

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays where required

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
