Job summary

Pullman Kuching is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to support daily operations of the hotel’s food and beverage outlet and lead the service team to maintain high standards for guests.

The role involves coordinating with kitchen and other departments, conducting briefings, monitoring quality, and ensuring compliance with hotel procedures while managing staff schedules and guest feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Open to Malaysian candidates only; preferably local Sarawakian.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet.
• Lead and guide team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates to the team.
• Ensure proper preparation and set-up of the outlet before service.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service standards.
• Attend to guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments during operations.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower deployment.
• Train and coach team members on service standards, menu knowledge and hotel procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, wastage and breakages within the outlet.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Assist the Outlet Manager in achieving outlet revenue and cost-control targets.
• Ensure compliance with hotel and Accor standards, policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Management.
