Job summary

SHF Services (M) Sdn Bhd invites a dedicated Supervisor (F&B) to lead our hospitality team in Bandar Sunway, Selangor. This full-time role focuses on guiding the F&B staff, maintaining service standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic setting.

You will supervise scheduling, training, and performance, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, while driving operational targets and budgets.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in F&B or hospitality.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards and protocols.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and F&B management software.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluency in English and Malay preferred; additional languages are an asset.

• Support the management team in achieving operational targets and budgets
