Job summary

A BITE OF CHINA SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of multiple outlets in Kuala Lumpur. You will develop and enforce operational strategies, policies, and SOPs to ensure consistency and high standards across all locations.

You will oversee outlet performance, monitor KPIs, and drive profitability through continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and willingness to travel between outlets with your own

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience in operations management, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Experience in managing multiple outlets and leading operational teams.
• Strong leadership, management, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of F&B operations and SOP implementation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between outlets and possession of own transport.

Establish, implement, and review operational strategies, policies, and SOPs to ensure consistency across all outlets.

Oversee outlet performance, monitor operational KPIs, and implement improvement plans to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Manage relationships with outlets and ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and business requirements.

Oversee the planning and execution of new store openings, ensuring all operational requirements are properly coordinated and managed.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective communication, resource allocation, and smooth business operations.

Manage and resolve major operational issues, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate solutions.

Review operational reports, analyze business performance, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency, service quality, and overall business performance.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
