Qualifications

• Candidate must possess SPM certification.
• Experience in F&B outlets is preferred.
• Able to work as part of a team to achieve outlet targets.
• Self-disciplined and self-driven to keep knowledge up-to-date.
• Own transportation and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily outlet operations and ensure high service standards.
• Brew beverages and ensure quality per in-house recipes.
• Forecast and work with staff to meet sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedules and manage staffing requirements.
• Control inventory, cash, and card/e-wallet transactions.
• Monitor costs and ensure profitability targets.
