Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee busy F&B operations across multiple locations in Johor. You will lead a small team, ensure food quality, drive service standards, manage stock, and hit daily sales targets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in F&B/restaurant ops, 1–2 years in a supervisory role, good leadership and people management skills, and familiarity with POS systems. Diploma/degree in Hospitality/F&B is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM; Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/F&B Management is an advantage
• 3–5 years of F&B/restaurant operations experience
• 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory, Assistant Manager or Outlet Manager role
• Experience in Chinese restaurants, dim sum or high-volume F&B is preferred
• Strong leadership, restaurant operations and people management skills
• Knowledge of inventory and POS systems
• Good customer service and communication skills
