Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end development, licensing, setup and operational management of F&B outlets. The role requires hands-on leadership to independently handle local authority matters, in particular DBKL-related procedures, and to coordinate project stakeholders to deliver outlets that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing end-to-end development of F&B outlets, licensing, renovation and handover.
• Ability to manage local authority matters and approvals (DBKL).
• Strong coordination with landlords, contractors, consultants and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end development of new outlets from site prep through licensing and setup.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and ensure follow-up on outstanding items.
• Coordinate applications for business and premises licences and permits.
• Liaise with DBKL and other authorities; ensure compliance with laws and conditions.
• Provide regular updates on milestones, licensing status and outlet performance.
• Oversee day-to-day outlet operations, monitor sales, costs and KPIs.
