Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in F&B management, experience with Chinese restaurants, and fluency in Chinese.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in F&B (banquet/restaurant operations preferred).
• Experience in managing Chinese restaurants.
• Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of F&B operations, cost control and compliance standards.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and banquet divisions to ensure smooth workflow, operational efficiency, and excellent service standards.
• Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain service standards and food quality.
• Drive sales growth, control operational costs, and maximize profitability. Execute Promotional activities and monitor their effectiveness to ensure consistent brand standards across outlets.
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to achieve operational targets and maintain team performance.
• Handle customer enquiries, recommend banquet packages, and drive banquet sales to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, food safety, and customer service.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and evaluate supplier performance to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular outlet audits covering operations, cleanliness, service standards, and food quality.
• Collaborate with chefs on menu planning, food costing, and quality control to ensure menu profitability and consistency.
