Job summary

Jaya Grocer is seeking a dedicated operations professional to manage daily cafe/restaurant activities at Sunway Geo Avenue. You will oversee customer service and food preparation, coordinate between stations, and uphold brand standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities include inventory control, SOP compliance, and supporting ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth outlet performance. Experience in fast-paced environments and willingness to travel regionally are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a fast-paced cafe/restaurant or food production environment.
• Strong understanding of Food Safety and Operation compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations following SOP including Customer Service & Food and Drinks Preparation.
• Maintain smooth workflow and coordination between stations; ensure fast and consistent service.
• Ensure food quality and presentation; conduct daily quality checks and adherence to brand standards.
