Job summary

The Chow Kit Kitchen & Bar and MoMo’s Kuala Lumpur are seeking an Assistant F&B Manager to oversee daily service operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate with Sales for events. You will lead FOH teams, manage breakfast service, and drive consistency across outlets in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in F&B with 1–2 years in supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management required.
• Minimum 3–5 years in F&B with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing buffet operations, events, and multi-outlet coordination is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily service operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar service, and events.
• Oversee daily hotel breakfast operations including buffet and à la carte service.
• Lead floor teams, brief staff, and ensure guest satisfaction with consistent service excellence.
• Coordinate with Sales for events, weddings, group dining and AV/setup requirements.
• Support revenue enhancement through upselling, promotions, and SOP compliance.
