Job summary

Erodu Amman Mess restaurant in Stulang, Johor Bahru is seeking an F&B Service Crew / Cashier to join the opening team and support the smooth daily operation of the restaurant.

You will welcome customers, take orders, operate the POS system, and handle cash or card payments while maintaining a clean, friendly dining environment.

No prior experience is required—training will be provided, and you should be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required—in-house training provided.
• Experience in F&B, waiter/waitress or cashier is an advantage.
• Friendly, polite and customer-oriented personality.
• Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate the cashier and POS system.
• Handle cash, card and other payment transactions accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure customer orders are complete and served correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining and work areas.
• Assist with basic food and beverage preparation when required.
• Assist the team with opening and closing duties.
• Respond to customer enquiries and requests professionally.
