Job summary

Jora Malaysia is recruiting a friendly, responsible Service Crew to join a fast-paced F&B environment. You will greet customers, take orders, serve dishes and drinks, handle cashier duties, and help keep our spaces clean and welcoming.

Applicants with prior F&B experience have an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome as training is provided. Strong communication and teamwork in Malay and English are essential; Mandarin is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Able to start immediately.
• Experience in F&B, restaurant, café or barista work is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates / candidates without experience are welcome to apply – training will be provided.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to communicate in Malay, English (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and assist with menu enquiries.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with company service standards.
• Assume cashier and POS responsibilities as assigned.
• Keep the eating areas, service stations and bar counters neat and tidy and quickly clear and reset tables.
• Manage client requests and feedback professionally.
• Work closely with the culinary, bar and service departments to guarantee a smooth operation.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
