Job summary

Mason and Co Pte Ltd in Shah Alam, Selangor, is seeking a Leasing Business Development Manager (F-B) to grow and manage the tenant portfolio across multiple food court locations. You will source new F&B brands, negotiate leases, and drive occupancy and rental revenue.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in business or related fields, proven leasing and business development experience, and strong negotiation and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven experience in leasing, business development, commercial sales, property, F&B, or retail.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, approach, and secure new F&B brands and operators for assigned food court locations.
• Manage the full leasing cycle including acquisitions, negotiations, renewals, and expansions.
• Build a pipeline of potential tenants across territories and maintain tenant relationships.
• Lead lease negotiations and drive occupancy, revenue, and portfolio performance.
• Coordinate onboarding with operations and monitor tenant performance and renewals.
