Job summary

Tune Hotel 1Borneo, part of the Ormond Group, is seeking a kitchen enthusiast to work directly with the Hotel Manager. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high quality food items for a la carte and buffet menus in a busy restaurant and function kitchen, while supporting daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of relevant experience, good English and Bahasa, and a flexible, pressurized mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of food service operations and a variety of styles of services.
• Preferably from Airline Industry, F&B, Restaurant Service, Hotel or equivalent.
• Good command of English & Bahasa

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and service all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions.
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Carry out any other duties as required by management.
