Job summary

Revenue Valley Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify and develop growth opportunities across its F&B brands. You will conduct market research, build a strong opportunity pipeline, and prepare commercial proposals for potential ventures.

You will also evaluate new restaurant locations, nurture landlord and partner relationships, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to support franchise development and revenue growth. Willingness to travel for site visits is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support growth and expansion of the Group's F&B brands.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, trends, customer insights and competitor activities.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential opportunities and partnerships.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and commercial plans for opportunities.
• Follow up on leads, proposals and opportunities from initial discussion through to execution.
• Work closely with Management to develop strategies for business growth and revenue generation.
• Identify and evaluate potential locations for new restaurant outlets based on market potential, demographics and viability.
• Establish and maintain relationships with landlords, mall management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate site visits, discussions and negotiations with landlords and partners.
• Support franchise and partnership opportunities through internal coordination.
