Job summary

TCRS Restaurants Sdn Bhd invites a proactive Business Development Executive to drive our outlet expansion across Malaysia. The role focuses on sourcing new shoplots or malls, conducting location feasibility studies, and coordinating leasing activities with landlords and agents.

You will collaborate with internal teams to prepare market analyses and approval reports, support renewal discussions, and help achieve department expansion targets. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum professional certificate, diploma or degree in the relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B/ Retail Business Development & Leasing.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing for potential expansion proposals (shoplots or malls in Malaysia).
• Coordinate with agents, owners, landlords and internal teams.
• Conduct market research, traffic counts and prepare reports for management.
• Assist in leasing matters and renewal discussions.
• Follow up on agreements and proposals; support department performance.
